Well, I have been eating really well for over a month now, and still no weight loss. I am cutting my calories further, and working on getting more exercise on the days I don't work out with my trainer. And I'm going to cut down on the fat-free cheese - it has a lot of salt in it, so maybe that's part of why I'm not losing.
I'm in a lot better shape, and certainly am eating a lot less; it would be nice to lose some weight, though. I'm about 65 pounds overweight (that is, I have to lose 65 pounds to get my BMI below 25) and my knees really feel it.
