I like to change up my workout now and then - and Spark advises it! I have my stationary bike, and my resistance band, some weights...I recently discovered the availability of the weight room at my workplace, for during my lunch break. And today on Facebook, my late husband's cousin posted this link.
Of course, I already do something similar with various Richard Simmons workouts. But to do it on the street? Well...it would take me out of my comfort zone, no doubt...but then, I've stepped out of that a number of times and been none th worse for wear. What do YOU think?
