I have some minor surgery next week. I made a decision a few weeks ago that around this time I would give myself a break and not worry about my weightloss goals. I'm still sticking with my ideal protein protocol, I'm just not weighing in at home or the clinic. I will be off work for three days and will take about three weeks to completely heal. I won't be able to drive or lift things for 1 - 3 weeks.
Sometimes you need to just give yourself a little break. There is only so much stress a person's mind can take. I'm taking this time to have a pause and reflection time.
I hope everyone else is doing great with their goals. If you don't hear much from me it isn't because I've quit my goals or anything. It is just because I'm taking a mental break. My next weigh in will be after Easter and I'll leave it as a complete surprise.
