I having been trying since the beginning of the year to get back into the routine of dieting and exercising. I am turning 60 this Sunday. I have a couple of friends that passed away last year. They were my age. I have another couple of friends who have serious health issues. My husband has neurological problems that started to get worse this year.
I finally had an "aha" moment. I want to be healthy, so I started counting calories, which I always hated doing. My knee stopped hurting and my shoulder stopped hurting too. So I started biking and walking. I am going fairly easy because I don't want to hurt myself. I tend to over extend myself and injure myself. So hopefully this is my spring kickoff. So wish me luck!
