sick again :(

I feel like I have been constantly on/off sick since September. And I am sick again. I was fine on Friday, and then I woke up in the middle of the night into Saturday feeling sick - like my head was congested and I was coughing and my throat hurt. Went back to sleep, deciding not to run my race Saturday morning, and woke up still sick. Spent all day lying on my couch, except when I had to go to a work meeting for about an hour and a half. Woke up Sunday feeling even worse - like someone had repeatedly punched me in the face. The only time I left my house was to make a brief trip to walmart to pick up some groceries/cold medicine. With all of the resting I did over the weekend, you'd think I'd feel better on Monday, but I didnt. But I couldnt stay home because I had to attend a hearing all day. So I did, with my mini packet of tissues, and my cold medicine. Luckily, the hearing didnt last longer than the normal work day, so I was able to head home and I was in bed by 7pm. I am pretty sure I slept 10+ hours, but I am still feeling sick. I contemplated staying home today, but I just feel like I need to be here getting things done. I will probably go home early, though. Ugh. I am so tired of being sick. I cant breathe out of my nose, it is all stuffy and runny, and seriously the amount of times I have blown my nose - how can be there anything left in there?! My head feels like it is in a bubble. Everytime I blow my nose, my ears feel like they need to be popped, but wont pop. My body aches. I am tired despite all of my sleeping. No Fun. Needless to say there havent been any workouts since last week and I havent had much energy to cook so I've been eating whatever I can find - mostly leftovers, but some takeout, too. I hope I feel better soon. I think it's the weather. A few days it is in the 60s, then it drops to the 30s. Then it snows. Then it's back in the 60s. The weather needs to regulate itself better. We're in a high wind and high dust warning today. I'm sure that makes it better.
