Some people trying to lose weight just exercise and don't lose as much as they want. They forget that they are trying to change their body and doing one thing is just not going to get you there.
Some people lose a lot and all of a sudden it all comes right back, why they forgot to watch what they were doing.
You have to put mind body and soul into losing weight and remember to make small changes , and start slow so you wont get overwhelmed
You need to pull everything together. First thing get rid of most of the stress in your life. if that is not doable then learn to manage it to a respectable level. This will help you to sleep better. This will also keep your hormones in check a powerful tool in weight loss that many people forget.
Then add some good healthy nutrition . Know where your food is coming from and what is in it. There are additives in food that make you crave more. Eat less out of boxes and more out of your garden .
Then while your eating healthy you will have more energy to move more. 30 minutes of exercise a day to maintain , 60 if you are trying to lose.
Make sure you change your mindset . You have to be committed for the long haul. You have to be ever present to make the right choices. You have to learn to say no and no thank you.
Lastly be ever thankful for all that you have achieved and will achieve .Learn to believe in the power of you. We can and will do this . Hugs ,happiness and healthy living .
