Have been craving sweets lately. I see them, I want them. I am not going to clear them out of the house. I have decided to keep them around to see if I can follow the 5/2 plan. What's that you say? Suppose to not eat sweets M--F, then allowed a small amount on the weekends. I thought I was over the past sixty flashing, but I started to seem to have bouts of it and was told the sugar could be causing it. Don't know. Guess I will find out about that, too. Sugar is so terrible! I know it increases inflammation, can raise blood pressure, and messes up a healthy diet. But, oh, how sweet!
Have been so tired lately. Shall I blame it on the time change? Yea, I think so!
Spring is almost here!
