Tuesday 3.18 Plan

Nutrition:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2tbsp PB 2, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond mill
Snack: 1 orange, 1 oz cashews
Lunch: Scrambled egg quesadilla
Snack: 1 cup fresh veggies, 2tbsp fat free ranch
Dinner: 4oz pork loin, 1 cup green beans, 1tbsp slivered almonds, 1 small baked potato
Dessert: 80 calorie greek yogurt, 1 microwaved apple with cinnamon

Fitness:
Pilates workout

Water:
90 oz (this is going to be TOUGH but I am going to work hard!!)

Monday was rough! Not with nutrition or fitness but just with work and the long hours that I'm putting in. I was exhausted this evening! But I still managed to get in my pilates workout which I am happy about. Today was day 9 of 28 so I'm getting there. I did not manage to get in my dancing workout however I was moderately active at work for 100 minutes so I'm sure that counts, right? emoticon

Onward and upward! emoticon

    emoticon emoticon You need to get a Spark Activity Tracker like I have that I just love and try to do as many steps as I can in one day. It even logs onto SP for you with the computer connection and lets you see exactly what you're doing for the day and that's what gives you a Glow Getter Award, when you meet your goal for the day. Maybe you know all about this already, but just in case you don't, I thought I'd tell you because you'd probably for sure meet your goal every day with how much you're walking at work alone!! Yes, that does count, especially with the SP Activity Tracker! emoticon
