Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2tbsp PB 2, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond mill
Snack: 1 orange, 1 oz cashews
Lunch: Scrambled egg quesadilla
Snack: 1 cup fresh veggies, 2tbsp fat free ranch
Dinner: 4oz pork loin, 1 cup green beans, 1tbsp slivered almonds, 1 small baked potato
Dessert: 80 calorie greek yogurt, 1 microwaved apple with cinnamon
90 oz (this is going to be TOUGH but I am going to work hard!!)
Monday was rough! Not with nutrition or fitness but just with work and the long hours that I'm putting in. I was exhausted this evening! But I still managed to get in my pilates workout which I am happy about. Today was day 9 of 28 so I'm getting there. I did not manage to get in my dancing workout however I was moderately active at work for 100 minutes so I'm sure that counts, right?
Onward and upward!
