9-5 workout

When I woke up to about 6 inches of snow this AM I knew I would not head to the gym. The AM classes were cancelled and I really did not want to go at night. So that left working out at home as my plan for today:)
The plan was to do some sort of fitness every hour on the hour from 9-5.
Here's the break down:
9: Legs-50 rear leg lifts, 50 pulsing lunges, 40 squats
10-arms- 30 bicep curls, 30 tricep lifts, and 30 tricep kickbacks
11-core-100 twisting crunches on the ball, 50 Around the Worlds with KB
12 legs-100 kb deadlifts
Then at one I ran some errands, so things got mixed together:)
40 pushups on the ball
40 jack knives on the ball
40 lunges on the ball
40 kb bicep curls
100 reverse crunches
2 min plank
Fun little workout:)
Wondering what tomorrow will bring:)
