Okay Monday

Did not sleep well, tired but you know what it is Monday.
Work is great, weight is maintaining. Want to drop 2 more but we will see I am happy and within normal BMI so what does it matter right?
Eating veggies and fruit as much as can, trying to avoid sugar and carbs but so hard they call me... LOL.
Hugs to everyone. Stay warm very cold here but due to warm up for a few days WOOT!

    You are doing great!! But if carbs are calling.... maybe try cutting back on sugar/sodium/dense carbs? That is what works for me, but we are all different!!

    We all yo-yo in a few pound range.. that's normal. Healthy and happy is good :)
