Still feeling aweful

Monday, March 17, 2014

I soooo want to feel better!!! I want to get healthy enough to have fun on the ride up north to Pennsylvania and to enjoy my grandchildren!!! I am just a bit depressed that timing wise this happened now.

Thank you JudyAMK for telling me about the site with the autoimmune diet on it. According to it, I was actually eating some wrong things....bananas, canned tuna, my cream of buckwheat cereal, etc. So I printed off the new diet which is even more restrictive and will give it a try. I am willing to try anything at this point. I have no hunger at all so I am forcing myself to eat and don't really care what I eat so will just eat to live literally. I don't feel like shopping or cooking or anything. But will make the effort to see if it helps.

Sorry guys for being a downer today but just not a happy girl.

I do hope though that all of you are doing well and have a wonderful St. Patty's day.
Sallie

Maybe the reason is because the weather got bad this weekend in PA so maybe it was a good thing that you did not go. I know that you miss your family but sometimes things happen so that you don't end up being sicker up there and not near your doctor who understands what is going on with your body. emoticon

You was doing so well on the diet that you was on. Try the new diet and see how it goes. You can fall back on your diet if new one does not seem to be helping. Hope you begin feeling better soon. Have a Wonderful Happy St. Patrick's Day. God Blessings Always. Sending Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your Way.

Sallie have you seen a Gastroenterologist? This Doctor deals with auto immune disease. Have the Doctor check you for celiac disease & have the Doctor check your sed rate. I am so sorry this is affecting you this bad. I think it is time you get another opinion. The Iv 's do not seem to be working and you do not need this to lead to something else. I am praying for you.
Take care
Judy

I hope this new diet works for you. I would have a hard time giving up bananas as they are a staple in my fruit shakes..

What a bummer!!! It is truly devastating to have your health issues interfere with your travel and fun plans. The not knowing exactly what and why is very distressing because I know you would change what ever you need to make it better.

It is so trite to say take it day by day and continue to work through the issues. But that is all I can offer. Sincerely sorry you are not feeling well and sending positive vibes for better days.

Don't apologize for feeling crummy! We are here to support you. I'm glad you found some information on the autoimmune diet. Hopefully eliminating a few things from your diet will help! Try drinking some gooseberry juice for stimulating your appetite. You need to eat!

Take it easy, rest, eat good nutritionally dense food and hydrate. I sure hope this passes for you soon Sallie!
