Well my weigh-in determined I was to stay the same, especially after fluctuating. Kind of disappointing but it happens. I just have to keep giving it my all. Didn't help I my aunts visit came and left 2 days before my weigh in. So I can kind of factor that in a little bit. So maybe I should move it to a week after those visits to ensure that it's not bloating making my weight go up and down so much.

The good news. I was able to get into an older pair of jeans I've kept hidden in my dresser. A few months ago I was having trouble getting into them, I got them right up with a little shimmy. I always have to shimmy, doesn't matter how small I am, have to work it over those thighs and butt. They were a little lose in the waist but they fit everywhere else! I even noticed a little give right under my butt. Normally there isn't one there, so yay! That means I'm shaping my booty with all my hard work. Even my work clothes are getting far looser on me. So I'll use that as my motivation for the week.

Plan is to go to the gym 5 times this week and really work it. My left thigh is much better so I'm ready to test it on some strength training and see how it goes. It's supposed to be warmer this week so maybe one of those gym days I'll go to the park for some fresh air.

Thank you to everyone who was supportive on my last two blogs. I've been busy over the weekend and have not gotten a chance to thank each of your personally, but do know I thank you all for all of the support you've given and the advice. All of you remind me why I'm doing this and to never give up. Thank you all from the bottom of my butt! I would say heart but my butt is bigger! emoticon

Hope everyone's week goes great!

Regardless of gender, age, reasons for being here, or amount of weight we intend to, or do lose, one thing binds us together (in two senses ;-)) -- jeans! emoticon | emoticon

Congratulations on the smaller size. My biggest pair which I still own has enough material for the sails of a catamarn!

CONGRATULATION
S!

I love jeans that fit again! Those are great and it tells you one thing : the scale isn't the only one that determines your success, clothes that fit again ARE a pretty good indication of success.
& fresh air is a good idea. Keep pushing =)

Awesome on being able to get into those jeans. You got this even if your weigh in didn't go as you had hoped.

My goal this week is just to start exercising again. I've slacked off way too much this winter.
