This morning, I began a beginner's yoga routine. It made me feel so much better even though I only did it for 10 minutes :) I feel like I have more energy, my muscles feel stretched and limber and I feel good about myself for doing it! If only I could remind myself about those feeling when I get in a funk. Oh wait! I can! I can journal on this blog :)
More than anything, I want to glorify God in my eating. 1 Cor 10:31. It's not about weight or appearance, but about being all I can in Him. Taking it day by day, praying for victory.
