60 day plan

i can do 60 days. its just a 25min workout...60 of better eating and more water..i can do this. so very tired of pulling of my cloths..this should be a good motivation to just do it.. this week i have overtime to do,but i still need to do it.60 days..its nothing.its already half way into the 3rd month of the year. way passed 60 days and i didnt even notice the time go by.25 mins of discomfort for 60 days is a ok.
