I have been stuck at 231 for weeks. I'm not entirely complaining since at least I'm not going up, but I'm not going down either. I've been working out regularly. The front desk at the gym actually notices when I'm not there. I've been eating within my calories. Maybe not always doing a great job getting my freggies in but I'm within my calories.
For the Spring Fling challenge I've been reviewing the past week to see where I can make improvements. The only thing I haven't changed is drinking beer and wine. My husband and I like craft beer and have a wine cellar. I have a beer or glass or two of wine at dinner pretty much every day. For this week I'm going to switch to water for most meals. (I don't particularly like tea or soda).
