Im baaaaaaack!

Monday, March 17, 2014

So, not surprisingly, the kitchen remodel took longer than anticipated. But I now have a functional, beautiful kitchen! We are finishing up some trim and adding a new door. My new table comes on Friday and then I think we should be complete. I am SO happy with how it turned out! So because it took longer than normal, I was without a kitchen and the ability to cook decent meals for the last few weeks. I know I have gained some but I dont think too terribly much. I am refusing to step on the scale just so I wont get depressed! I did stick as close as I could to my low carb and wheat free plan even while eating out which I am proud of myself for. I did not, however, get enough exercise in. I am remedying that today though and am back to tracking my food and jumping on my gazelle. I am proud of myself for getting right back to it and not beating myself up. In the past I would have given up for months or even years before trying again. Hope everyone has a great St Patricks Day!!
