Woke early this morning and decided to get up for the day. I love the early mornings. Such a peaceful, relaxing time of day.
Launched my week off to a good start yesterday. Need to keep it going.
Warmer temperatures are starting to return.
Execute food plan and at least 10 minutes of fitness
Client work all day.
Take MIL to doctor late afternoon
