Goat Cheese Pesto

4 ounce(s) cheese, goat, soft, crumbled
1 cup(s) parsley, flat-leaf, packed
1/2 cup(s) oregano leaves, packed
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp mustard, Dijon
1/2 tsp pepper, black ground
1/4 tsp salt


Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times, then process until fairly smooth, or to the desired consistency, scraping down the sides occasionally. Enjoy!

    Never had goats milk but have heard it is good and know some that can't have cow's so they were put on goats. How wonderful to have another choice emoticon
