Goat Cheese Pesto

4 ounce(s) cheese, goat, soft, crumbled
1 cup(s) parsley, flat-leaf, packed
1/2 cup(s) oregano leaves, packed
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp mustard, Dijon
1/2 tsp pepper, black ground
1/4 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times, then process until fairly smooth, or to the desired consistency, scraping down the sides occasionally. Enjoy!
