Rain, rain go away . . .

My yard looks like a lake, it's cold enough to sleet a bit, and I want to go for a walk. I have my Spark activity tracker primed and ready to go, I just need a passable weather day to get moving again. Eating my program is getting easier. The weather is really causing me problems walking. I have tried to find exercises to do in the house and I will get a routine eventually that works without stirring up my fibromyalgia, but right now walking is what works. I'm praying for some great weather tomorrow and I think I might get it ; )

    Yes, I just remembered my walking tapes. I am dragging them out & dusting them off (in case of rain!)

    There are some good walking DVDs that help me in bad weather. They are slow paced. You can do 1 mile or more.

    I enjoy a rainy day --- for the "drink" the rain gives the trees & all & for the feeling of comfort in knowing that I don't have to be out in it. emoticon

Still, I understand your frustration of wanting to get out for a walk & to hopefully relieve that fibromyalgia pain.

I hope you were able to get out after all & that the walk helped on all levels.
