I haven't had a cell phone in a few years. I recently got one ~~ found out it was cheaper than having a land-line. Well, I love my new iPhone. I have downloaded all these great apps. I think my top 3 favorites are quite simple.
1) My "Raw Food" app lets me track how many days I've eaten raw. It has a calendar and all I have to do is tap the day and it marks it for me. I can see how many days I've eaten raw.
2) My "weight diary" app lets me track my weight ~ nice and simple.
3) My "Daily Water" app is a simple app that allows me to tap on glasses to track how much water I'm drinking.
All the apps are very simple, but so very helpful.
