I'm posting this blog because I'm completing my SparkCoach tasks for the day.
I'm heading into stage 3, learning about becoming my own coach. I'm really excited about this stage.
I'm a good mom. I fall short often on every area, but I think most moms do. I know I'm a good mom because I aim to be and because I worry about whether or not I'm a good mom. I read once that bad moms don't worry about being good moms.
I'm a good wife. My husband thinks so. We have our troubles for sure, but I try to treasure him.
I'm good at my job. Actually I'm very good at my job. I don't like what I do but I care about my work and work ethic.
When I used to teach fitness I was a good instructor. I miss it. A lot. When my son is older I would like to re-certify and teach a few classes a week.
I guess the point of this exercise is to build confidence. Help to identify why I want to lose weight. Basically more building blocks.
I like that.
