Rest rest rest

Seems like all I've done this weekend. I've slept as well as I could with being sick, but this weekend my body said it was catchup time. I took the cat to the vet; he seems better after fluids and meds, and I get his bloodwork results tomorrow.

Many things I intended to do didn't get done, but more sleep and rest is what I needed most. I've been so tired, trying to keep up as much as I could. Today was a really bad food day; just lost all motivation to bother. That's OK too; I'll be back on track tomorrow. I get to spend the day at a tech class, which makes for a shorter work day. Even if it's pouring rain, I'll be able to walk the halls at lunch break.

I need to revisit my teams. I keep trying new ones to see which motivate me the best; time to drop a few so I can keep my Sparking simple and quick.

    Don't feel bad! I took a break yesterday as well after having a rough Saturday. Everyone needs a break every once in a while.

emoticon You go, Girl, making the time to walk, even if you're not able to get outside! Just doing it, period, is a HUGE thing! Right your body still needs rest, so take that time, until you get better from your JUNK and CRUD emoticon
