Today was weigh in day. While I was down a half lb. it was the third disappointing week in a row. Not going to get discouraged, as my spark buddy always reminds me a loss is a loss. So in analysis of the past three weeks, it appears I'm one of those who may not be eating enough. I've cut cals and increased activity, but with little benefit. So I'm going back to 1800 cals. And keeping my exercise at 100 mins and see what happens. I also think my carb intake has been too low. While it helps with my glucose control I think it's making me have some dizziness and weakness. In general think I might have gone too far.
Today was an off day for exercise. Had a bad night sleeping with apnea attack. Still haven't figured that out. So I've begun a sleep journal to try and figure out why this happens periodically.
So tomorrow I'm off with my modified plan.
