A Very Short Bike Ride & 44 minutes of Fitness Blender (Day 21 of 100)

The sun is getting ready to set, but I thought I'd go for a quick bike ride. I knew it was windy & kind of cold, but I underestimated it. I didn't dress appropriately & I sure felt that wind! Whew! I get ear aches really easily & I didn't cover them for the ride. Ouch! They are really hurting! In fact, that's why I had to stop. I'm just hoping they stop hurting quickly!
I also did two Fitness Blender workouts. The first was an 'ab' workout where you did all the workouts standing. This was for over 30 minutes, & yet it didn't feel like much! I hope I got something out of it! It's better than doing nothing, & hopefully better than I thought!
The second was a quick 11 minute cardio & strength workout. That was a great way to finish up my workout before hitting the shower!
I ate pretty badly this weekend, but ready to give it my all for the new week!
