I admire your courage for putting yourself out here and talking about your struggles- and on video! You have SOOOO inspired and motivated me! I am struggling with a weight gain and the death of my dad, but am NOT good at admitting I'm having troubles.
I TOTALLY understand walk being a 4 letter word!!! For the past months, I've been unable to make myself walk farther than the mailbox!
I know exactly what you are going thru. I haven't lost nothing in 1/2 a year and barely keeping at the weight I have lost. I need to do some workout exercises at least 15 min. twice a day before I can even loose anything. I do know cutting out the fast foods is a big step. Lots of luck to you. We just need to struggle along.
I have started and stopped weight loss program after weight loss program. I know how it feels to be in your shoes, and it's not fun. But, you worked out today (and half a workout is better than no workout at all!!!) and you went grocery shopping for good foods. That's half the battle. Just keep pushing, keep striving to be the person you want to be, and you will succeed.
