Crustless Apple Pie! Simply sauté a diced Granny Smith apple in a nonstick pan with 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla until just softened (about 5 mins). Plate with a squirt of whipped cream and 1 tsp chopped walnuts. Just 175 cals…what a deal!
