Starting another week

Today is the start to another healthy week..
I have my dinner menu all set for the week, we are having fish twice this week, my part of my lenten offering. I have my exercise plan all mapped out, I am still doing an extra workout in the afternoon or after dinner, what ever works out for my schedule...
I will be attending soup dinner at the church Tuesday, we went last week and it was very uplifting...

I have learned a lot about nutrition since joining Sparkpeople , but the one of the best tips I have learned is, it's okay to be hungry....I mean really wHen I say hungry, I don't mean like people who might have one meal a day or the people you see who are lucky to have a bowl of rice....Moat of us have so much food and yet we still feel hungry....Is it possible we are not really hungry for food ....maybe we are hungry for love, for friendship , for attention....maybe we just need some one to listen to us...maybe we just need a hug, a friendly face , a smile....
The next time you go looking for a snack ask yourself ...WHAT AM I REALLY HUNGRY FOR....

Everyone have a healthy week, take time to really love yourself for the wonderful human being that you are....fill your hunger with love, giving it or getting it....

AND OF COURSE HAVE A WONDERFUL ST. PATRICKS DAY...
