Week One

First week completed. I still haven't managed to get my "before" picture or measurements, but I'm thinking I didn't change that much this week, so it'll be close enough.

Wasn't as consistent with anything as I would have liked, but it was an improvement over the week prior, so that's something.

I also just finished my first run. Little Bug wanted to go running, so I told him we'd go to the Y and do it. Well, we got there only to find that they'd closed 10 minutes ago. So, we ended up finding a track at a nearby high school. The lights weren't on, but there was enough spill from the nearby soccer field that we could still see. Did I mention it was raining a bit? Still, we went around 2 times. At toddler speed. I was somewhat surprised to find that I probably could have gone faster, but it's probably good I didn't. And,I didn't hate it. So that's something.
