Did you make today a good one? I did my best.

I started the day with a new workout video: Denise Austin's Shape Up and Shed Pounds. I did the first segment, which was cardio. Then I made breakfast: bacon, turkey bacon and eggs with spinach. I had two whole eggs scrambled with spinach and about ten pieces of turkey bacon. I know, I know! But I didn't eat them all in one sitting. There were a number of drive by snackings throughout the mid-morning!

After chatting with my husband and daughter, I finally got moving and went to the gas station to get gas for the lawn mower. Then I mowed and cleared out the front flowerbed.
Lunch was ham and provolone on a tortilla. Oops, no veggies.
Snack was 8 baby dill pickles.

Dinner was 2 stuffed peppers (Stouffer's), 10 breaded mushrooms, and a cup of green beans.

I just realized I didn't add the turkey bacon to my trackers, so I'm getting ready to Jillian's ab workout to claw my way back to a calorie deficit, or at least a net zero!

    Hope you drank a lot of water to go with those 10 turkey bacons to wash out all that sodium - (3600 mg) is more than I can have in a day. My heart doctor has told me to add a little salt back to my diet to raise my blood pressure a little, but I think he might have a fit if I added that much -lol. I am sure you don't do that on a regular basis and you offset it with plenty of exercise so are going to be doing great. Those Jillian workouts will keep you in line everytime emoticon Keep up the good work.
