cross stitching is fun! And Leah is a hoot sometimes.

Saturday, March 15, 2014

I have been doing counted cross stitch when I get bored knitting wise. I love it. It is so easy and fun. Now onto Leah. Leah makes me laugh a lot. She raises her eyebrow, makes glaring looks and even cocks her head. And couple of times she rolled her eyes at us. Talk about a real goof ball. She is very funny. A time or two she jumped over our feet or wagged her tail and ran away from us. Ah how I love her.

It's so good to hear the sparkle back in your voice, that little smile comes through in the writing.

emoticon Our pets almost seem human some times, don't they! I'm so glad Leah has brought such joy into your lives.

I used to cross stitch a lot, but haven't done anything in a long time. As I age, I need more and more light, and even then, I can't do the 22 count I used to. :( I know, I could get a magnifying glass thing-y, but it really wouldn't fit in where I sit. Excuses. Have a blast with it!

I haven't cross stitched in awhile but I have enjoyed it. I'm currently on a crochet kick.

Your Leah sounds like quite the character!

I used to cross stitch years ago. Sounds like a great idea to focus!

I cross stitch all the time! It is my evening wind down (well, not tonight!!). It is a quiet activity that makes me feel like I am accomplishing something when other things in my life are crazy. I create many different things using the cross stitch patterns that I complete! And...when my hands are busy cross stitching, I am NOT snacking!!!

Oh, I so loved doing cross stitch. Unfortunately, my vision won't allow that right now. Seeing a doctor to discuss cataract surgery next week so you never know I could take that up again.
