Today marks the beginning of my new programs:
Work: Start working on a project that will help make my day-to-day work easier. I've been thinking about this for years but got sidetracked. It's time to refocus.
Anti-aging program for the skin: According to Dr. Perricone, it's testosterone that helps with the skin. The health of your skin has to come from inside. One way to boost testosterone is to lift weight. That's why weight lifters in general look better than marathon runners. In addition, I also take high collagen foods like chicken broth and skins and herb like Horsetail for the skin.
My solution: Lift some weight every day. This shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
Eat more animal saturated fats and cholesterol: We've been lied to about the Cholesterol theory. It's very important to get good cholesterol for the brain and production of hormones in the body such as testosterone. My goal is to eat more free range animal fats, proteins, eggs and cholesterol. This will also be good for the skin.
Anti-aging for the eyes: Per Dr. Richard Stillman's recommendation, I'll use Can-C eye drop for 2 years. It's not cheap, but it's a great preventative program for aging eyes.
For the brain: Group ex class once a week. Use left hand to cut, slice and eat an apple with each meal.
