Key Lime Pie

Hello Sparkfamily! I am baking pies for dinner at church and I want to share a favorite with you! Take a look!
1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 C. key lime juice (about 6 limes)
1 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lime zest (save this from your juiced limes)
In a bowl, mix the crumbs, sugar, and butter with your hands. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9" pie pan. Bake at 375F. for 10-15 minutes, until brown. Remove from oven to cool to room temperature before filling.
Lower the oven temperature to 325F.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs. Whisk until well blended. Place into the cooled pie shell.
Bake pie for 15 minutes.
Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours. I find that it's best if chilled completely overnight.
. Once chilled, combine the sour cream and powdered sugar. Spread over the top of the pie with a spatula.
Sprinkle sour cream topping with grated lime zest. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
Remember, It is nice to be able to enjoy something like a piece of pie once in awhile but it needs to be in "moderation" I know that you can do it! Have a healthy day! Hugs, Rose:)
