What do I do when Im at work and I need a power packed super snack?

Ok... yesterday I ran into a big stumbling block that I know will happen again, so I need some suggestions. I am a floor nurse and I work 12 or more hour shifts (cuz an RN that gets out at 12 hours on the dot is not me). Anyway, I was very good and packed my breakfast and lunch, but at 5-6 pm after running around all day - I started to get a headache and was truly hungry. I could not leave the floor. I drank some skim milk. Not enough. Looked for the PB crackers. None. So, I grabbed the ice cream sandwich. I know I know. It was a poor choice... I was desperate and had limited resources.
Fixes include packing my dinner and snack on the days I work or finding some power packed super snacks.
