Restart + 2 weeks : Weigh in

I weighed in this morning and was very happy to see a loss of 2.2 lbs (was 236.6, now 234.4). I had a good week, but I know that sometimes, even after a good week and especially after a big drop, I don't see weight loss. Even though I was ok with food this week, I was very sedentary as work was crazy.

Seeing the number go down is encouraging, but I am not focusing on the number too much. When I took some time off the scale, I put it in my laundry room. I have left it there so I don't feel tempted to hop on it in the mornings. I want to avoid the emotional roller coaster of daily weigh ins.

I have one more week before our spring break trip to Florida. I am very committed to having a great week and getting caught up on work. I made great progress reducing my to do this list week and I would like to really empty it up next week.

    Yay for you! Trips are such a great motivation to stay on track. So happy you are staying so positive these days. We cannot be perfect all the time. We can only be try to be our best. Hope you have a great trip.
