I weighed in this morning and was very happy to see a loss of 2.2 lbs (was 236.6, now 234.4). I had a good week, but I know that sometimes, even after a good week and especially after a big drop, I don't see weight loss. Even though I was ok with food this week, I was very sedentary as work was crazy.
Seeing the number go down is encouraging, but I am not focusing on the number too much. When I took some time off the scale, I put it in my laundry room. I have left it there so I don't feel tempted to hop on it in the mornings. I want to avoid the emotional roller coaster of daily weigh ins.
I have one more week before our spring break trip to Florida. I am very committed to having a great week and getting caught up on work. I made great progress reducing my to do this list week and I would like to really empty it up next week.
