Last minute dinner date with hubby for his birthday. Had baby back ribs with all the fixings. Wow really did a number on my daily totals but it sure was good.

Oh well, hope you enjoyed them! Only thing to do is move on. This is a lifestyle change and you have to enjoy those things once in while and then get back on track. The important thing is the getting back on track and not letting one dinner derail you.

If this is a life long journey, you've got to get off the road and take in the scenery once in awhile. Sure, it slows down the process of getting to your goal weight, but hopefully it took you took a step toward one of your other life goals, like bonding with your sweetie on his special day. I hope you savored them and feel reinvigorated to get back on the road.

We all hit bumps in the road like this! I try to keep an eye on how I do over the course of a week rather than worrying about my totals for a day; that way I can afford to have little fluctuations of celebrations!
