I have not been tracking as I should and I still lost. I intend to track every day and every thing I eat.

It is good that you lost even without tracking but think just how much more conscious you will be if you are tracking. Success is in your hands- emoticon

    What is making tracking difficult?
If you are looking for easy quick ways, here's some options. I have taken to writing items down on a napkin when in a crunch.
I also use a short hand tracking. Daily totals on a piece of paper
Just subtract at each meal
6 oz. protein
4 tsp. Fat
2-3 servings carbs
3 veggies
3 fruits
2 milk
I used these methods when I had a family member in the hospital and had limited time and limited computer access to track.
Make yourself a priority. You deserve a chance to take care of yourself.
