SparkCoach Assignment

Today I am to list at least 3 positives---
1. I continue to be off all my diabetes medications.
2. My blood sugars are withing normal range but at times have dipped, not gone up
3. My mind is focused. No more food fogs!
4. My clothes fit better
5. I have made friends here on Sparkpeople!
6. I have a more positive outlook
7. My emotional eating has subsided ( I know this can change)
8. My motivation to get healthy has not waned.

Thank-you Sparkspeople but most of all the members who have sparked me!

    Awesome! I do SparkCoach as well! I second your list.... I have those positives as well, besides I take other meds.... But I have reduced those as well. Keep it up, gf! Progress! Woo woo! emoticon
