I did my 60 minutes a day yoga for 45 days in a row.
Last Saturday and Sunday I missed and then I missed again or I would be up to 53 or so days. ARGGGGGG!! It makes me so mad.
Thank goodness I watched what I ate and moved in other ways or I'd be probably be 5 pounds heavier.
I'm still down this morning at 106.6 I think it was.
I am going to keep going. I missed it and am proud at how strong and flexable I am getting. (I will just be a week behind)
I went for a walk with our dog which was uphill fast and trying to make her go home (downhill) slow. She is a stinker, she hates to go home unless she wants to.
Any way, 2 steps forward and one back is not the worst thing that could happen. Right?
