Yesterday I got in my upper body strength training and today I just got back from running at the track. I'm ready for Friday!

    emoticon I started going to a chiropractor who told me my upper body and my pelvic region need some strength. (I have two rods down the middle of my spine about 14 inches long.) Time to pull out the exercise videos and come up with some new exercises.
