WEnt to class today and had my books renewed at the library, so can keep working on my paper..

Took Buddy for a mile long walk and mailed a letter...
Have a swollen leg... don't know why

Made a sheet of Low GI Granola about yummy.....

    The granola bars sound yummy. Did you twist your leg? Drink all your water? Be on it too long or sit too long? I was told that for every hour where you are sitting, you should get up for 10 minutes. Went to a new chiropractor. Epsom salts bath to soak in and keep the legs elevated. It's hard to do either - I've got stuff to do.

A P.S. - Parsley tea gotten at a vitamin store is a diuretic and it has a nice sweet taste.
Helped my niece babysit a 2.5 and a 4.5 year old boy. With raising girls 30 years ago, my leg is not swollen, but here I am at 1 am with sore muscles myself and pain pills that won't work. It's not fun getting old.

    Hope your leg is ok.

My library committee went long again....Spring cleaning is going well just can't find last year's tax forms.
