A life of follow-up

Hi, EVERYONE! A few months have gone by and I have been accomplishing some goals and I am very happy about it. Lost a few more pounds….have 82 or so to go. Finished my first race for the year a 6K and it was practically freezing…a balmy 33 degrees and raining, BUT I did 2 minutes and 10 seconds better than the year before. I am trying to get some real exercise in at least 3 times a week…and I am very slowly accomplishing this. BUT, my lung endurance I have noticed is getting better. I still am congested some (due to my milk allergy) and you can’t breathe completely through your nose when you are stuffed up.

My time available to be MORE active on Spark People is really hard but I have a 77 day streak so I am very happy with that. Not logging my food…takes extra time but I know about where my calories stand.
On other thoughts, a fellow Sparker who has been with me practically since the beginning is have some time right now and I am thinking about you girl…you know who you are. (HUGS!)
Keep on trucking cause we have to get to our destination sometime!

    Yes, I've see the other side of 200 only to gain, too. There is something mental about that number. It's a line in the sand. I think I don't know how to be that size. I don't know what to do with the attention. I have hidden behind my fat for 30 years and being under 200 feels like being exposed, naked in public. Still working on how to get comfortable with it. I have a while to find the answers but as always it's good to hear other people have self sabotaged themselves.
