Spark Coach is dealing with exercise excuses today and we are supposed to blog about our excuses for skipping exercise and our plan to counter those excuses.
Excuses 1 - I'm Tired! Honestly, I am tired at the end of the day. However, I'm not so tired that I won't watch TV shows before going to bed. If I want to watch episodes of something, I need to do it on my treadmill! One episode usually equals 42-45 minutes on the treadmill.
Excuse 2 - I don't have time today. If my day is really that busy (sometimes it is), then I can fit in a short 10 minute SP exercise video. There are tons on the site and they are free!
Those are my two excuses for not exercising. They come up often, but I am now going to bust them!
