I like my new rule. It's easy and at least I get some type of exercise in through out the day. Yesterday I got 45 wall push-ups and 45 tricep dips in! And I've already done 15 wall push ups today!
I know it is not much but still it is wayyy more than I was doing which is great! It's easy to get myself to do it and if I don't want to I just give myself a pep talk "Seriously??? It's 15 it will take a minute everyone has a minute" and then I do it :-) I guess later on I can add in squats or something else but for now I am just going to stick with this for probably a week and then add on after that.
I'm glad I came up with this. This way I get at least 10 minutes a day! And I can't wait to start walking! I'm so excited! Except there was ice on the ground again today! Totally sucks but I can take one day a week of cold. Tomorrow it will be 50!
One more class today until I start my spring break!!!! woot woot! I'm so ready!
