Name your top 5 favorite things about Spring.
The smell of rain emoticon
Beautiful blooming flowers emoticon
Opening up the house for fresh air emoticon
Spring cleaning emoticon
Walks with my puppy emoticon

How does Spring change up your routine, if any?

I have more energy when Spring finally arrives. I do more cleaning, I get outside more and stay outside longer. I don't go to a gym My winter workouts consist of fitness DVD's and treadmill. So I get anxious for Spring so I can get out and enjoy a nature walk.

Great list. I love the smell of rain also. I don't enjoy the spring cleaning but when it is all done it just feels so renewed and fresh.

That's a great list of things you like about spring. I'm the same as you, I don't have a gym membership so when spring comes I'm anxious to get outside and spend more time outdoors. I think most of us are anxious for spring to come and stay.

Great list. Funny how spring tends to give us that energy boost. I find myself doing more cleaning & organizing with Spring's arrival.
