The Art of the Possible

Wednesday, March 12, 2014

I've been staring at my weight graph today. I've been milling around in the 230s since the beginning of last year. Prior to that, I milled in the 220s for almost all of 2012. In 2011, I made a big push to get from 254 to 225. I lost at a modest 1/2 pound per week in 2011. I won't bemoan the ups and downs between then and now. The benefit of stewing over that graph is that I convinced myself that I can repeat what I did in 2011. I can and I will!

I'm not sure how good this image is, but the green lines have the same slope. I can definitely do that again! Time to get to work!!

I love crunching numbers! Reviewing your previous logs, even your blogs, will give you further insight. What website are you using for this? Have you seen trendweight?
I've missed seeing you on everymove! It's so good to see you here!

Sometimes it helps me to look back at my nutrition logs and see what I was doing to get there...since diet is 80% of it. It has taken me a while to get back to that train of thought though, because it does take sacrifice. I feel a really great spring coming on with lots of progress for both of us!
