I've been staring at my weight graph today. I've been milling around in the 230s since the beginning of last year. Prior to that, I milled in the 220s for almost all of 2012. In 2011, I made a big push to get from 254 to 225. I lost at a modest 1/2 pound per week in 2011. I won't bemoan the ups and downs between then and now. The benefit of stewing over that graph is that I convinced myself that I can repeat what I did in 2011. I can and I will!
I'm not sure how good this image is, but the green lines have the same slope. I can definitely do that again! Time to get to work!!
