Yep...today was really hectic at work. I ended up working though my lunch. One of my co-worker's had to take DTO unexpectedly and I had to finish up her projects (2 small ones). But they took forever due to hardware problems with a couple of slot machines. I finally got everything working and done. But it took up most of my day.
Hubby will be home late tonight and he'll eat at his meeting. So it'll just be me for dinner. That's always a challenge for me. I tend to over eat when that happens. I took out some left over turkey breast and I plan to have that for dinner. Or I could just do a hamburger patty with cheese on it )no bun!). I'll have to see how the calories shake out when I get home. For now I've logged the turkey breast and a salad. I'll update my food log if that changes.
And I'll do the treadmill at home tonight. I've done a cardio/strength workout the last two nights (my Your Shape Fitness has a 28 min or so Lose IT! DL pack). It's a 8 week workout and you're suppose to do 3 a week. I'm taking a break tonight and doing the treadmill workout I missed at lunch.
