In the throes of a blizzard. Sigh.
Lost a half pound in 2 days. Yay! The significance is primarily symbolic, LOL.
I don't have to be anywhere but tuckered down, sheltered from the elements. (Yesterday's phenominally beautiful, sunny, 50 degree day is nothing more than a memory. Mother Nature's nature is.... well, fickle to say the least.)
Stay the course: Stick to food plan, get in at least 10 minutes of fitness on my SPAT.
