C25K Week 1 Day 3: I Did It!

I battled the high winds and cloudy weather yesterday evening to do my C25k Training in the park. I was glad to find out that my body WAS going to let me jog (it didn't yesterday)! I feel that I'm slightly increasing speed, and I supposed it seemed slightly easier? I'm still scared to go onto Week 2 though... but I can do it!


My legs constantly still ache at this point, but I'm getting used to it. I yearn for warm baths after my runs... seems to help! I may make those my reward.

Today is rest day. Good thing it's not training day because I would've had to cancel. Someone is sick at work, so guess who will be working late to cover for them! It's ok though. Extra money!
