Been doing awesome all week! Had a beer last night with some spinach artichoke dip but didn't feel guilty because I really wanted it.

Tying to make it to the 21 day mark with tracking food and exercising because they say it takes 21 days to make a habit.

Only 16 days left. emoticon

    I agree with you 100% today is day 4 for me really. I joined last week but didn't really start on everything till this past Sunday.
