    Have you tried the sleep diary. The relaxation techniques really help. My favorite is to lay on my back and concentrate on relaxing each part of the body starting with the toes. Most times by the time I reach the neck and head I am sleep.

I usually stretch each body part as I concentrate on them it really helps you focus on relaxing and nothing else. I hope it works for you sometime. Please give it a try. emoticon emoticon emoticon
